Founded Fair Vote UK to support the campaign for accountability following the Cambridge Analytica data scandal. Push for stronger election integrity laws, advocate on issues related to digital democracy, and secretariat one of the UK's largest All-Party Parliamentary Groups. We built a 100-member coalition from the ground up, advised UK policymakers, and led major campaigns for election safegaurding, big tech accountability and data protection reform.

Founded Resistance Hub, a global initiative supporting civil society and pro-democracy movements. Assist organisations and activists fighting rising authoritarianism with devleoping a "Plan B" in case continued operations in their home country become impossible. Provide network-building, strategic support, digital security guidance, and resources for countering disinformation, repression, and online threats.

Incorporated Overton Group to handle the consultacy side of his work, advising charities, campaigns, and corporations on the impact of social media and AI on their operations along with broader strategic considerations. Developed a ground-up digital strategy for a global B-Corp, led rapid response disinformation teams, and pioneered a bespoke Overton Window model for nonprofit organisational sttrategy development.

As a visiting fellow at the Peace Centre in Tokyo, Kyle conducted extensive research - and wrote on - the impact of social media and artificial intelligence on human rights and democractic systems. He focussed primarily on genocide facilitation, election interference, disinformation and regulatory frameworks. This included primary field research in Bangladesh, Australia, and the European Union.

At The Real Facebook Oversight Board, Kyle led a high-profile global accountability project challenging Meta's influence in elections and democracy. He managed a board of 25 experts, including Nobel Laureate Maria Ressa and NAACP President Derrick Johnson, to shape policy proposals for platform regulation at both the national and worldwide level.
